Urgent requirement: we are hiring a motor grader operator in Lonoke County, Arkansas. The job is at a road-building project. Requirements: • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise The role involves: • Load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines • Stockpile and spread material to the required levels Six days a week, one day off.
