Retail butcher wanted in Bowman County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a retail butcher in Bowman County, North Dakota. Requirements: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Your main tasks: • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date Pay around $5,000 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
