Great opportunity: we are hiring a restaurant steward in City of Norfolk, Virginia. The job is in a café. Day-to-day duties: • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place Ideal candidate: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
