What we are looking for: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts The role involves scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils.
