Kitchen steward wanted in Scotland County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Scotland County, North Carolina. You will be based in a hospital canteen. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure The role involves: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service 1+ years on the tools preferred.
