Brickwork mason wanted in Trousdale County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a brickwork mason in Trousdale County, Tennessee. You will be based at a groundworks and structures site. Day-to-day duties: • Raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel • Building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation • Installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays • Cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder • Building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses Ideal candidate: • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding 5+ years on the tools preferred.
