Food and beverage server — Pratt County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a food and beverage server in Pratt County, Kansas. You will work at a rooftop bar and grill. Your main tasks: • Clear and reset tables between covers • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad Requirements: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
