Natural gas fitter • Butte County, Idaho

Great opportunity: we are hiring a natural gas fitter in Butte County, Idaho. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion Day to day you will carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply; complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation; read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes; lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points; install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation; check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray.
