Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cake decorator in Clarke County, Mississippi. On the job you will handle: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Basic cake decorating and piping skills At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
