Nursery worker — Southeastern Connecticut Planning Region

Great opportunity: we are hiring a nursery worker in Southeastern Connecticut Planning Region, Connecticut. You will cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs; check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads; sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades; maintain compost heaps and the potting shed; mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers. You should have: • Valid driving licence for travel between sites • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish Part-time with flexible hours.
