Tile installer wanted in Essex County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a tile installer in Essex County, Virginia. You will be based at a bathroom renovation job. The role involves: • Check the falls to floor wastes so the water drains away • Set out mosaic sheets and trim them to fit the edges • Spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles • Make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits • Apply a waterproofing membrane in showers and wet areas • Match the tile pattern and coursing across the walls What we are looking for: • 2+ years' hands-on tiling experience • Skilled with a wet saw, angle grinder and manual cutter • Work neatly with minimal tile wastage Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
