Rebar foreman — Turner County

Now hiring: we are hiring a rebar foreman in Turner County, Georgia. You will be based on a civil engineering bridge and roads site. Your main tasks: • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust • Set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules Ideal candidate: • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
