Quality assurance assistant • Allegany County, Maryland

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a quality assurance assistant in Allegany County, Maryland. You will be based on a garment production line. On the job you will handle: • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges You should have: • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
