The role involves: • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions • Tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers Ideal candidate: • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
