Trainee butcher wanted in Ouachita County

Now hiring: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Ouachita County, Arkansas. You will be based in a meat processing plant. The role involves: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Season and marinate meat on request • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Full-time with occasional weekends.
