Slinger signaller wanted in Mississippi County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a slinger signaller in Mississippi County, Missouri. You will be based at a container port. You should have: • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams The role involves take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight; inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use; set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads; rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
