You should have: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Punctual, reliable and hard-working The role involves: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
