Line cook — Breckinridge County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a line cook in Breckinridge County, Kentucky. On a typical shift you will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; prepare the mise en place before each service. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts.
