Tailor machinist — Hillsdale County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tailor machinist in Hillsdale County, Michigan. You should have: • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line Day to day you will keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go.
