Join our team: we are hiring a PVC window fabricator in Jasper County, Iowa. The role involves cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees; fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash; read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile; fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents; drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame; clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash. Requirements: • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
