Powder coater wanted in Pawnee County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coater in Pawnee County, Kansas. Day to day you will sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Full-time, day shift.
