Great opportunity: dishwasher (Colorado)

Join our team: we are hiring a dishwasher in Huerfano County, Colorado. You will be based in a hospital canteen. You will sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts 5+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
