The role involves: • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch You should have: • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Good eye for colour matching and blending Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
