Powder coating line operator • Lisburn and Castlereagh, Northern Ireland

Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Lisburn and Castlereagh, Northern Ireland. The job is at a fabrication and coating plant. Day to day you will run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat. What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Willing to work shifts and overtime Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
