Banquet server wanted in Josephine County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a banquet server in Josephine County, Oregon. You will be based in a five-star hotel. Ideal candidate: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts The role involves: • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Clear and reset tables between covers • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery 4+ years on the tools preferred.
