The role involves wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair. You should have: • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
