The role involves: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service You should have: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
