What we are looking for: • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns On a typical shift you will prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
