Confectioner wanted in Rabun County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a confectioner in Rabun County, Georgia. You will work at a busy bakery. What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Your main tasks: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Score the top of loaves before baking • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
