Dishwashing attendant — Mubi South

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Mubi South, Adamawa State. You will work in a hospital canteen. The role involves: • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures Ideal candidate: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure 2+ years on the tools preferred.
