Requirements: • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Able to read construction drawings and specifications Day to day you will install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling.
