Commercial refrigeration engineer • Cass County, Missouri

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a commercial refrigeration engineer in Cass County, Missouri. You will be based at a supermarket cold-chain site. On the job you will handle: • Check oil level and top up or change the compressor oil • Recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system • Trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution • Pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture • Wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays • Check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge Requirements: • Available on-call and at weekends for breakdowns • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders • Willing to work at heights and inside cold rooms Rotating shifts.
