Milling machine operator wanted in Municipal Area Council

Now hiring: we are hiring a milling machine operator in Municipal Area Council, Federal Capital Territory. Day to day you will hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges. What we are looking for: • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift.
