Immediate opening: we are hiring a cnc turning machinist in Goodhue County, Minnesota. On a typical shift you will adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers; deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand; run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles; set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54); top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed. Ideal candidate: • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges 1+ years on the tools preferred.
