Immediate opening: demolition labourer (New York)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a demolition labourer in Lewis County, New York. The job is on a metro and infrastructure project. Day-to-day duties: • Dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel • Clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour • Backfill and ram down soil around the foundations • Fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns • Stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage • Bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns You should have: • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
