Immediate opening: concrete pump mate (California)

Now hiring: we are hiring a concrete pump mate in Alpine County, California. You will be based in a residential housing project. What we are looking for: • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules You will discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms; screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls; carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab; float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish; compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing; give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified.
