Urgent requirement: we are hiring a shuttering charge hand in Olmsted County, Minnesota. Your main tasks: • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters What we are looking for: • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
