Now hiring: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Moore County, North Carolina. Day-to-day duties: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls You should have: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
