You should have: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Basic cake decorating and piping skills The role involves: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream Overtime paid at a premium rate.
