We are recruiting: we are hiring a roofer in Dickinson County, Iowa. Requirements: • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls • A good head for heights and steady balance • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate Your main tasks: • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits • Solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
