Estate gardener wanted in Brooks County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an estate gardener in Brooks County, Georgia. You will work in a botanical garden. Day-to-day duties: • Plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings • Mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers • Check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads • Dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds • Maintain compost heaps and the potting shed • Operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters Requirements: • Happy to work outdoors in all weather • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • Valid driving licence for travel between sites Full-time, day shift.
