CO2 welder wanted in Fayette County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Fayette County, Texas. Your main tasks: • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing Ideal candidate: • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium Pay around $3,300 per month, based on your experience.
