Join our team: we are hiring a gas pipe fitter in Johnson County, Tennessee. You will work at a boiler and appliance service centre. What we are looking for: • Able to read isometric and site drawings • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration On the job you will handle: • Braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints • Carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray 5+ years on the tools preferred.
