Now hiring: we are hiring a gas installation technician in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin. You will work in customers' homes and kitchens. What we are looking for: • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing Your main tasks: • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections • Fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances • Complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation • Test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser • Braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
