Chef de partie wanted in Lincoln County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a chef de partie in Lincoln County, West Virginia. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. On a typical shift you will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; prepare the mise en place before each service; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in.
