We are recruiting: we are hiring a roofing labourer in Edgefield County, South Carolina. You will work at a busy roofing firm. You should have: • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Willing to work outdoors in all weather • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls Your main tasks: • Torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs • Insulate and ventilate the roof void • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing • Fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Pay around $3,000 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
