What we are looking for: • Minimum 1 year of field or retail sales experience • Strong spoken communication and persuasion skills The role involves collect customer feedback and contact details for follow-up; restock shelves and arrange the product display; handle cash and card payments at the counter; collect customer payments and chase outstanding dues; upsell and cross-sell add-on products; greet walk-in customers and find out what they need.
