HGV driver — Clay County

Join our team: we are hiring a HGV driver in Clay County, Kansas. The job is at a busy distribution depot. You should have: • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules • Confident with manual handling and load securing • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence Your main tasks: • Top up AdBlue and refuel at scheduled stops • Check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits • Check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels • Log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards • Secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars • Operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
