Now hiring: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Woodford County, Illinois. The role involves: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures Requirements: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
