Immediate opening: we are hiring a waitress in Clarendon County, South Carolina. You will be based at a busy restaurant. Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems Day-to-day duties: • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place We offer $4,400 per month plus benefits.
